Your first visit:

When coming to Magnum Opus for the first time we would like to ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you can fill out our client information form, and so we can show you around the salon and make sure you are comfortable. Please remember we have our own parking lot behind the salon. Feel free to park anywhere you like in the lot. (The entrance is on NW 15th Ave.)

Changing Stylists:

Please feel free to change stylists within the salon at your convenience. This provides you with a variety of talent and some flexibility in booking appointments. We suggest having two or three regularly so you are always assured of knowledgeable, personalized service regardless of emergencies, vacations, illnesses or unexpected travel plans.

Cancellations:

At Magnum Opus we understand that clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge. Missed appointments will result in 100% charge of the service amount. We thank you for understanding.

Gratuity:

Gratuity is never expected at Magnum Opus. However, if you wish to leave a tip for a job well done we ask that it be in the form of cash, check or Venmo since we are unable to add it onto a debit or credit card.

Furry Friends:

We love dogs and cats. However, we are unable to have them in the salon due to state laws governing hair salons. Guide animals are of course an exception. We appreciate your understanding!

At Magnum Opus we guarantee everything we do, and it is our mission to exceed your expectations, so if you are not completely satisfied within ten days of receiving your services we will see that they are corrected for you. Magnum Opus…hair with thought.
